The existing floor was prepared means of repairing and relaying the maple strip wood in the doorway followed by a full sand and seal of the wood flooring.
To preserve the excellent condition of the wood floor, Junckers Prelak Primer and Junckers HP Commercial were applied, with its durable qualities designed to protect wood flooring from scuffs and damage.

Due to the tight timescale we were allocated, this meant teamwork was imperative to ensure the programme of works to refurbish the wood floor was completed on time.
We worked closely with the Capital Design team during the planning of this project as we had to schedule works around the client’s agenda. The works were therefore arranged to be conducted over the Easter holiday weekend to cause as little disruption as possible.
