Meridian Upholstery required MJF Group’s specialist services to transform a recently acquired run-down warehouse into a manufacturing facility.
While MJF were initially requested to carry out a high level clean on the property, we were able to advise and deliver an integrated solution to help transform the filthy and uncared for building into a fully operational, well finished facility.
We advised the client on other aspects of the building that we could assist with to achieve a knockout transformation, including the painting of walls in deep white and the renovation of outworn, dull and damaged flooring.

This project required a team effort as it involved services from two of our specialist divisions. Our specialist flooring and site services teams had to work simultaneously to ensure the programme of works was carried out on time, preventing any clashes or delays during service delivery.
