Our team quickly set to work, ensuring the cleaning standards we were providing were in line with the client’s specifications. , We were able to complete an internal builder’s clean and sparkle clean of 232 apartments which exceeded Graham Construction’s quality expectations within a short timeframe, assuring a timely handover.

This project required a different cleaning skillset to fulfil client requirements compared to industrial and construction site cleans. This form of high level cleaning required close attention and care to remove paint from surfaces, in particularly doors due to vertical grain.
